Okdajee Terms & Conditions — Please Read These Carefully Before Using Our Services

1. General Terms & Conditions and Eligibility

These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the Okdajee platform and all its services. By creating an account, logging in, or playing any game on Okdajee, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms.

These Terms & Conditions are available in both English and Bangla. In the event of any interpretive conflict, the English version shall be considered authoritative. That said, Okdajee always endeavours to keep the Bangla version equally clear and easy to understand.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to open an account with Okdajee. Okdajee may request a national ID card or other government-issued identity document at any time for age verification purposes. Gaming by minors is strictly prohibited by Okdajee.

Each person may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be closed and any balance held may be forfeited. All information provided at registration must be truthful and accurate.

• You must provide your correct full name, date of birth, and contact details.
• Keeping your account password secure is your own responsibility.
• Sharing your account credentials with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• Creating accounts using fake or someone else's identity is strictly prohibited.

3. Bonus, Promotions & Rewards Policy

Okdajee offers a variety of bonuses and promotions — welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, free spins, and VIP rewards. Each bonus comes with specific terms that are clearly communicated at the time of the offer.

A Wagering Requirement (WR) must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn. This means you need to place bets totaling a specified multiple of the bonus amount before it becomes withdrawable. Each bonus has its own WR, which is stated in the respective bonus offer.

• Bonuses are valid for use on Okdajee's own games only.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per player.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days — any unused bonus will be forfeited upon expiry.
• VIP cashback is completely wagering-free — it can be withdrawn directly.
• Okdajee reserves the right to investigate and void bonuses if bonus abuse is suspected.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

If you have a problem or dispute with Okdajee, please contact our customer support team first. Most issues are resolved within 24 hours. If the support team is unable to resolve the matter, your complaint will be escalated to senior management.
